How to stop late-night kitchen grazing after the family goes to bed
By Emily Smith
Evenings are when so many women find themselves in the kitchen. The kids are asleep, the day is finally over, and food becomes the way to relax.
Why evenings are hardest
Afternoons and evenings are often the worst, when you've had enough or are trying to relax. Stress and boredom can absolutely be factors.
If you've been good all day, restricting, the brain thinks there isn't enough and pulls you to eat more while food is available.
When food stops being the default
Imagine if food didn't have to be the default when you're tired, bored, stressed, or lonely, and you could stop when your body has had enough. That's exactly what I help women work through.
